Cozy Diapers 30-Day Money Back Return Policy

Refunds will be made on new, unused and unwashed products purchased from CozyDiapers.com that are returned with a copy of the original sales receipt within 30 days from the date that the order was shipped.

This return policy does not cover irregulars, 2nds or clearance items. We do not refund original shipping charges on returned products. 

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For your own protection, please track your shipments and purchase insurance to cover the replacement cost of your items.

Returns will not be accepted without a copy of your sales receipt. Any items returned to us in non-sellable condition will be returned to purchaser at purchaser's expense.

If your order was shipped with free shipping, the original shipping costs will be deducted from all returns processed for a refund.  Returns for store credit will not incur a deduction for the original shipping costs.

To expedite your refund and to make your return easy, follow the simple instructions below.

  • If products being returned received free item with the order, the free item must be returned also.

  • All returned items must be in clean and in like new condition, free from odors, stains, pet hair, dirt, etc… with original packaging.

  • Items must be shipped for return within 30 days of the date of purchase. Sorry, no returns will be accepted after 30 days.

  • Returns must complete and submit our return form. This will make your return easy and convenient.

  • When we receive your return request, you will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) along with instructions on how to send your return back to us.  Any Returns received by Cozy Diapers without an RMA will not automatically qualify for an in-store credit. If we determine that an unauthorized return does not qualify for credit, items may be returned to customer at customer’s expense.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.  Cozy diapers will not issue credit for items not received by us. We recommend returns to be shipped insured.
